I love winter. I admit I do not love the cold, but that is why I stay indoors most of the season. With a warm blanket wrapped around me, a fireplace going in the background, and a cup of coffee in my hand, I enjoy a nice breakfast. This morning in honor of winter and beautiful snowflakes I made these pancakes.
I poured pancake mix into a bag and cut the tip.
I greased a frying pan on medium heat. I then squeezed the pancake mix in the shape of a snowfalke. It looked a little messy…
…But when I flipped the pancake it had a very pretty look.

Each snowflake looked original. I added confectioners sugar for a nice and tasty winter touch.

LOVE these…they look so fancy, even in their imperfection. I just got an electric griddle for Christmas…I’ll have to give these a try
Pretty, pretty! My kids would love these. Thanks for the great idea!
Thank You Joanne! My kids loved them too. It was a great way to spend a snowy late morning!
